The design of the HIV/AIDS Rehabilitation Center located on Jalan Pangeran Hidayatullah, East Banjarmasin, uses the concept of Healing Architecture, thus creating a rehabilitation building design which is expected to function as a means of physical and psychological rehabilitation with the hope that people infected with HIV will be free from depression and stress so that they can live like other normal humans, even though they have to take medication throughout their lives.

RUMAH TAHFIDZ ANAK DI BANJARMASIN

The children's tahfidz house is a conscious effort to eradicate the phenomenon of Al-Qur'an illiteracy that occurs in society due to modernization that is currently occurring. In the tahfidz house learning process, problems that arise are related to ineffective and efficient learning methods due to limited space to accommodate tahfidz house activities and events. Children who study in a space that is not conducive will hamper their learning process and cause children to be distracted by conditions outside of learning. So that children's understanding in listening to the teacher's explanation will decrease and end up with children who cannot understand the lesson. The result of the design is a design concept related to tahfidz home learning methods by paying attention to the child's character through an architectural approach to make it easier for children to learn the Koran. The method adopted is to make children familiar with the learning material, as well as developing children's interests, skills, attitudes and behavior.

It is necessary to develop attractions as well as efforts to maintain and maintain natural conditions as the main tourist attraction. Fulfillment of accommodation facilities is part of the development. An interesting accommodation that has the concept of being close to nature, namely Glamorous Camping (Glamping). Glamping accommodation design needs to consider ecological aspects. Ecological architecture is a method for linking these problems and then providing architectural solutions.

There are many necessities that people often buy at the market, including food necessities such as basic necessities, vegetables, fish and other staples. It is very important to pay attention to the related parties of the vegetable and fish market in Buntok City, where many parts of the construction are fragile and damaged, and also the condition of this market is chaotic, where the road for visitor circulation is converted into a parking lot and a place for merchandise, which makes market users uncomfortable because user access is narrow due to lack of arrangement by the related parties. Based on the facts behind the design of the Plaza Beringin vegetable and fish market in Buntok, the question is "How can the design of the Plaza Beringin vegetable and fish market in Buntok be comfortable for its users, namely sellers and buyers?". The Architectural Programming method by William Pena was chosen to solve the problem architecturally because this method places great emphasis on the problems in the design of the Plaza Beringin vegetable and fish market in Buntok. This method produces clarity and efficiency in the problem-solving process in design. The design concept used is passive design. Passive design is generally defined as reducing energy use applied through architectural design while still maximizing user comfort.

Tourism trends in Indonesia are currently experiencing a transformation from mass tourism to alternative tourism that prioritizes natural and cultural potential. Tanah Laut Regency, which is projected to become an agricultural center, has the potential to develop natural and cultural tourism. One of them is in Bati-Bati District as a center for local activities based on processing industry and agriculture. PT. Air Telaga Surya as one of the mineral water companies in Bati-Bati District has plans to develop its area into a fruit agro-tourism area. However, the development of the area is hampered by the existence of land used for traditional diamond mining which has become an abandoned, polluted lake and has harmed the environment. Therefore, the development of a fruit agrotourism area aims to produce an area design that combines elements of plantations, local social culture, and ecological restoration of the area so as to create sustainable tourism. For this reason, the concept of Hayat Basulur was initiated, which is an ecological concept that is analogous to the nature of rhizomes which means they grow together. The tendrils on the rhizomes that bind each other are analogous to the character of agrotourism that harmonizes human activities, local culture and the post-mining environment. The three of them grow together to build a sustainable and ecological tourism ecosystem through the regional planning, the architecture and the connectivity.

One way women release stress is to do activities that make themselves beautiful. This has increased women's interest in beauty, such as in Muara Teweh City. There are various types of beauty facilities available there, but they are not yet integrated in one place. To meet the needs of these women, a Beauty Center is needed that provides various service facilities and goods to facilitate beauty services in one location. The natural concept (space design with a natural atmosphere) is used as a solution in the design because the natural atmosphere is able to absorb negative human energy and release positive energy which has a good psychological impact. The natural atmosphere is presented with the use of natural materials and natural impressions, applied to the elements of space, both inside and outside space.

The city of Surabaya's economy is mainly supported by the trade sector. However, due to the rapid competition in modern trade, small business owners are struggling to compete. To address this issue, Puncak CBD (Central Business District) has been developed as a vertical residential and integrated business area in West Surabaya City. This development aims to comes the residential needs of the people and provide equivalent facilities to compete with foreign products, especially for culinary MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises). A Culinary MSME Center has been established as a long-term facility to support the continuity of life and provide trading space for culinary MSME players. The Puncak contextual integrated concept has been employed to create this center, which is able to open up space for all groups and increase opportunities for Culinary MSMEs. The Contextual Architecture method has been applied to the building exterior to achieve harmony with the Puncak CBD area, producing a balanced visual environment.

KONSEP BANGUNAN HIJAU DI SANGGAR SENI MADIHIN BANJARBARU

The establishment of Banjarbaru as the Provincial Capital has had an impact on increasing population growth so that it requires a forum for preserving the typical madihin art culture of South Kalimantan. Madihin has been listed as an Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO. Currently, learning Madihin art is mostly done by self-teaching, there is no special place for learning standard Madihin art. The main activity in the studio is training and performing madihin art. This activity requires space, namely training rooms and auditoriums as well as other supporting spaces, namely studio, gallery, management, communal and retail spaces. The function of this room causes activities that produce GreenHouse Gas (GHG) emissions. Currently, geothermal heat is increasing, reaching the global boiling category, no longer global warming. The design of the Madihin Art Studio applies Ministerial Regulation no. 21 of 2021 concerning Green Building Criteria with 7 categories. The use of this green building method approach is an effort to minimize the effects of global boiling and realize the government's goal of reducing global temperatures and participating in the Green City concept implemented by the City of Banjarbaru. Madihin's building design, apart from paying attention to the green building concept, also pays attention to the building's acoustics. In building acoustics, priority is given to the aspect of selecting building materials that are appropriate to improving the sound quality of the performance, such as sound dampening materials. Meanwhile, the green building concept resulted in a design for the Madihin building taking into account the comfort of the performance. The building layout for madihin performances is expected to meet comfort criteria, namely optimal air circulation and lighting. Maximizing openings on the north and south sides thereby reducing artificial ventilation which can minimize energy use. The building is also designed by maximizing green space on the building floors, optimizing use of rainwater and environmentally friendly waste management.

Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth in the creative industry, especially in the digital sector. The city of Banjarbaru shows potential as a center for digital creative industries. However, the lack of facilities is still an obstacle. This article discusses the problem: designing a Creative Hub that supports collaboration in the digital creative industry. Using the Blurring Architecture method, which eliminates the boundaries between space and activity, creates flexible space. The history of the Creative Hub shows the importance of this concept in supporting the creative economy and community. This proposes an architectural solution to support the growth of the creative industry in Banjarbaru through a Creative Hub that adopts Blurring Architecture, enabling collaboration and innovation, maximizing the creative potential of Indonesia's young generation.

The high number of motorbike users in Indonesia means that the market demand for new motorbikes is also increasing every year. and this will definitely have a bad impact in the future where there will definitely be a buildup of scrap from used motorbikes that have not been properly processed, this is what makes some people create motorbike modification facilities. However, the problem in the field is the lack of integrated modification facilities and rarely having interesting 3R activity platforms, especially in Banjarbaru. So, to answer this problem, a Banjarbaru City Used Motorcycle Modification and Sales Workshop was designed using the superimposition design method to optimize and make the 3R (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle) activities in it more attractive. which presents programs on repair, modification and sales of used motorbikes.

PUSAT KEBUGARAN WANITA DI TANAH GROGOT DENGAN PENDEKATAN METAFORA

Fitness centers have the impression of being too manly because the majority of users are men, which makes women dominated, resulting in discomfort when doing fitness activities in public places where people of the opposite sex are mixed up. There is a need for a fitness center specifically for women that can accommodate women's fitness activities and have a woman's identity and image. To realize this, the design concept applied is to use a metaphorical approach that adopts women as the metaphorical object. The embodiment of the metaphor used is to adopt the shape of a flower basket, which is a place that can be used to collect and care for various types of flowers. This is in line with the realization of 'Woman healthy space' where women are often metaphorized as 'flowers' and then the flower basket becomes a 'container', a fitness center which becomes a gathering place for women to do fitness activities to be healthy.

GEDUNG OLAH RAGA BOLA BASKET DI KOTA BANJARBARU

The newly established capital of South Kalimantan, Banjarbaru, has experienced rapid growth in education, economy, and governance. However, it currently lacks sufficient sports facilities, with only a type C basketball sports hall with a capacity of less than 1000 people. The purpose of this design is to create a type B Basketball Sports Hall using a modern functional approach that not only prioritizes comfortable and standard-compliant space functionality but also adopts modern architectural concepts. The resulting design aims to provide not only a basketball court and seating area but also is supported by clinic and gym facilities to support player preparation before training and aid in physical and mental recovery. The basketball court is placed centrally for spatial organization efficiency and circulation, accompanied by supporting facilities around it. Modern architectural concepts are integrated into the design by incorporating characteristics such as dominant box-shaped forms with grid structures and the use of concrete and steel materials. Thus, this building design not only focuses on physical aspects but also considers the holistic needs of its users.

GALERI SASIRANGAN DI BANJARMASIN

The purpose of the Sasirangan Gallery design in Banjarmasin is to serve as an educational medium for local culture and a reminder for the local community, especially future generations, so that the Sasirangan fabric tradition is preserved. Sasirangan fabric, which has various motifs and is derived from South Kalimantan's signature knitting process, has become an important part of the industry in Banjarmasin. However, interest in this fabric varies with the times and trends, so preservation and promotion efforts are needed. The architectural problem that arises is how to design a Sasirangan Gallery that can be a modern promotional platform. The proposed solution is the use of the "Sequence" concept to harmonize the flow of space with the process of making Sasirangan fabric, making it easier for visitors to understand the process. The "problem seeking" architectural method is used to solve this problem, through the stages of problem identification, analysis, space identification, ideas, and solutions. The result of the application of this method is expected to create an effective visitor experience and support the educational goals and cultural preservation of Sasirangan fabric.

Libraries have an important role in society as places that support education, research, culture, access to information, as well as in maintaining and preserving cultural and intellectual heritage. Now we have entered an era of digital disruption caused by technological advances that provide easy access to search for information via the internet, but technological developments have an influence on visitors' interest in visiting libraries. One of the problems in Banjarbaru City is the lack of quality competitive human resources, such as the problem of not achieving the quality of public education according to standards, while educational support facilities such as libraries are still rarely visited. So far, the library is an unattractive place to visit because of the limited activities that can be done in the library. Efforts that can be made to increase interest in coming to the library are changing views about libraries by making libraries able to collaborate or combine activities within them by utilizing technology as support. The application of the makerspace concept in a library is effective for combining various activities or programs and can be carried out simultaneously. The collaborative space method is used as a problem solving process with the main aim of collaborative space design being to create an environment that supports various types of group activities. The concept of interactive architecture is used to support collaborative space methods so that building design can play a role in the variety of human activities accommodated in a building.

We can now easily find natural schools at the elementary level in every district and city in South Kalimantan. Meanwhile, there are still very few natural schools at the next level, including junior high school. It was on this basis that the presence of a natural junior high school was felt to be very necessary, then this was responded to quickly by the administrators of the Alam Muhammadiyah Indrasari Martapura Elementary School of Akhlak who wanted the establishment of the Alam Muhammadiyah Indrasari Martapura Middle School. The design of SMP Alam Muhammadiyah Indrasari Martapura must pay attention to the curriculum structure that has been created by the development preparation team, which wants the best graduates to have strong character and knowledge that is oriented towards good morals. Through the learning media programming method, the design of SMP Alam Muhammadiyah Indrasari Martapura can be translated into a design strategy. Using the concept of space flexibility can be a problem solver in design. By implementing the concept of space flexibility, the design plan for SMP Alam Muhammadiyah Indrasari can accommodate teaching and learning activities at this natural school. The application of design methods based on learning media with the concept of flexibility can form characters in children who are morally oriented and exemplary to create a generation that cares about the natural and social environment.

Therefore, research on the design of the Wasaka museum area aims to design the Wasaka museum area which focuses on conservation in the Wasaka museum area which does not support the existence of the Wasaka High Ridge House. The Maritime Life concept was chosen to be the answer to this problem using the basic theory of regional character formation. Regional design based on the theory of regional character formation will create a museum area environment that not only meets physical needs, but is also able to conserve the existence of the museum by forming the character and characteristics of the area which focuses on the culture and life of the Banjar people.

Mental Health Center in Banjarmasin is a place designed to cater to the needs of caring and treatment of people’s mental health needs, Facilitating them with sufficient mental health services at an inclusive space for all types of users. This mental health center has the goal of facilitating quality mental health care and needs to those who are in need. This mental health treatment center consists of a ward for psychologists and psychiatrists’ offices, a small pharmacy as well as a dining space that are inclusive to all, including people with disabilities (mobility issues). With the designing method that took on the inclusive approach, It is hoped that the design will be able to create an inclusive healthcare facility for all types of people including those with disabilities to be able to get their treatment, whilst making a new social space to create places to gather.

Currently the world including Indonesia has entered the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 which forms a new order where humans and technology coexist and always collaborate. In addition, Indonesia is experiencing an increase in demographics, especially in the productive age group such as the millennial generation and generation Z. In line with the development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and the increase in the population of the millennial generation, the world is faced with the Covid-19 pandemic situation which is increasingly accelerating the development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. On the other hand, the Covid 19 pandemic has also adversely affected the productivity of workers due to the Lockdown and Work From Home policies. For that, we need a place that is able to support the work style of millennials, namely Coworking Space. The Healthy Architecture concept with the Adaptive Architecture method applied to this design aims to create a healthy and safe work environment through its architectural design in order to avoid the spread of Covid-19. The application of this concept is expected to be able to help the community to be better prepared to face other health challenges in the future through healthy habits created through its architectural design.

The lack of quality of health centers will complicate health provision in certain areas. Global health problems, namely the Covid-19 pandemic, exacerbate the performance of Public Health Facilities which tend not to be ready to cope with changing conditions; resulting in a decrease in visitors and even some Public Health Facilities reducing their operational time. The efforts of countries in the world and the World Health Organization are to publish protocols for the prevention, detection and handling of Covid-19; and the use of technology is one of the solutions that facilitate activities during a pandemic. Appropriate technology methods with criteria according to Teartisup can be applied to the design of Public Health Facility so that health provision is guaranteed to be easy and safe, especially during a pandemic.

Special facilities are needed that have a planned recovery program, handling dependencies that do not have a planned recovery program will have further impacts. Therapeutic houses must pay attention to the comfort and safety of its users which can help restore the sufferer's physical and psychological condition. The environment influences the recovery process. By using environmental healing methods, the three approaches used combine natural, sensory and psychological elements. Elements of nature can be felt through the five senses. The senses can help see, hear and feel the natural beauty that is designed. This affects the psychology of the patient. Psychologically, patients will feel comfortable and safe within themselves.
