However, the existing vegetable market is still not optimal in trading farmer's commodities. In addition, vegetables are often delivered through collectors, which causes price increases. Currently, the proboscis monkey, which is endemic to the island of Kalimantan, has received an endangered status after experiencing a population decline caused by the loss of the proboscis monkey's natural habitat. Currently, Bakut Island is one of the natural proboscis monkey conservation locations, but there is a natural tourism park that openly shows human activity at that location. This can affect the activity of proboscis monkeys in their survival. Diving activities also have quite good interest but have experienced a decline and the Dive Center that has been established still has incomplete infrastructure facilities, so a complete space is needed to attract public interest in diving activities. So that the use of the concept of education and recreation for the Dive Center can become a place to practice and learn as well as introduce and develop diving activities. The aim of this design is to develop an existing Dive Center so that it is able to accommodate training and learning activities as well as being an educational and recreational facility with a functional architectural approach. A special building was created for blind people to exercise in the PERTUNI Banjarbaru complex area using methods that can facilitate independence, comfort and safety when exercising. A design with the concept of orientation and mobility was chosen because this concept can prioritize comfort, comfort and safety for blind people.
